We provide structural feasibility studies and commercial land-use compliance assessments based on the National Building Code of Canada. All deliverables are advisory and do not replace statutory approvals or independent peer reviews.
You must supply accurate site data, existing structural drawings, and zoning information. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation may extend project timelines and are not our liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for consequential damages, including lost revenue or construction delays.
All reports, drawings, and analysis remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project only.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are billed for work completed up to the notice date. No refunds apply for services already delivered.
